Motivation to participate
I decided to join the project because it’s a unique programme in Russia and I would say in international stage. Vision of a company is a basic essential tool which is quite often overlooked by the team. Vision creates the strong platform for the development of the business ensuring the sustainable progress and achievement of the aims of a company.
