I am an international management consultant specialising in corporate governance and risk management of financial institutions. Over the past 35 years I have advised many clients (primarily but not exclusively in the financial services sector) on all aspects of corporate governance (including internal audit, internal control and compliance), risk management, performance improvement and business strategy. I can quickly identify the root causes of control failures or operational and financial under-performance and then work with senior management and others to find pragmatic solutions to improve the situation.
