On May 10, 2017 the K2M team held the meeting with the participation of the Universal crowdsourcing Agency OmniGrade to discuss a number of interesting ideas expressed by the experts during the period from March 17 to May 4. First of all, the K2M team asked me to give a huge thanks to all experts for their significant contribution. As a result of the second stage of the discussion OmniCoins are distributed among all the experts contributed to the discussion (they will be reflected in your account shortly). As a result of the meeting, the following ideas and proposals are supported: - to organize the conduct of cheap and simple medical consultations by the duty doctor of the platform; - to provide the conduct of financial consultations through the platform; - to create a module for self-diagnostics help within the framework of the platform; - to organize through the platform the sale of devices for the identification of harmful and dangerous substances in the customer’s environment (air, water, food) and advice on caring for the health with regard to the ecological situation; - to organize cooperation with international cruise companies; - in the attraction of young mothers as one of the target groups of customers to organize the distribution of "virtual gift boxes for newborns", which could consist of e-books for parents, melodies of lullabies, etc.; - as part of the implementation of the pre-approved project to create a medical news aggregator on the platform to allow commenting and "liking" of news by the representatives of the medical community of the platform. - in the framework of the project to create remote medical devices, to pay attention to devices responding to the fullness of the pulse and the plaque from the tongue; - implement the "Return the youth" module with recommendations for restoring health with sponsorship of one of the international corporations. The idea to agree on cooperation with mobile operators and Internet service providers about special tariffs for customers is approved in principle, but its implementation is postponed to the second stage of the project. The following ideas and proposals that raised questions and doubts of the client have not been yet approved: - to organize the provision of remote medical consultations for prisoners and their relatives, as for the category of people without access to quality medical services. For the time being there are not enough arguments supporting the higher priority of this group of clients than others (for example, young mothers) - to organize services for remote medical support of sports teams. The client assumes that sports doctors is a closed corporation that will not allow the emergence of other providers of medical services from outside, including because of the peculiarities of anti-doping regulation. The idea to organize consultations by the sports doctors for customers for the choice of sport for the customers themselves and their children on the basis of existing contraindications and inclinations and medical advice on choosing the optimal load or specific section (club) is fundamentally approved, but the client believes that it should not be the sports doctors to consult on this subject but other specialists. Which ones - it should be discussed. - to propose pharmaceutical companies to use the platform to attract volunteers for clinical trials of new medications. T he idea itself may be interesting, but it must be checked whether it is feasible due to the existing legal restrictions. The client stressed its interest in continuing the discussion of the issues raised before, and also relies on a productive discussion of new issues that are very important to the success of the project – about the action plan for attracting priority client segments for the project - young mothers and pet lovers. We would like to emphasize that the priority of these groups of clients have been established with the invaluable help of our expert community.
