The presentation clarified what Empleos is. After reading it, questions arose. Probably, this is one of its missions - to encourage discussion. But the first is due to what Empleos plans to achieve such results?
Rereading the presentation, I thought that there was a lack of brand philosophy.
Perhaps this is normal for the current stage of development of the project. But if, as stated in the vision, the immediate goal is to attract 300K users, then, IMHO, philosophy should be thought of right away.
In essence, the platform should unite / attract certain people. Not everyone (that is, it is unlikely that a miner working with his hands in a clearly marked location would be a desirable candidate). And for employers it should be clear which candidates can live here.
I believe that in the presentation it would be good to include a provision on which connections are established on the Empleos platform. What are the vacancies and which candidates. Of course. It will be very difficult to single out a single line. But it will greatly simplify the perception of the project.
As a candidate for the role of such a philosophy basis, I propose the theme of youth. Moreover, not youth as an age, but youth as a state. Youth as an indicator of proactivity, relevance, adaptability and willingness to change. Perhaps, even with the invention of a new term, which will denote the relevance of a person as a potential employee, his "advancement".In fact, finding such employees requires a combination of 2-4 unique criteria (for example, computer literacy, communication skills / EQ, general knowledge, awareness of new trends in some areas).The practical use of this philosophy consists in playing on the topic in presentations, sales and advertising, introducing special services and using this topic to keep the attention of candidates who are not actively looking for work in each period of their lives (but maintaining such an attractive status be interested in). As for costs, they tend to zero in the implementation of this direction. And the sooner this philosophy is introduced, the less costly and more effective its distribution will be.
I think that it will be the big threat for our mission if we try to change the presentation. This presentation is for informartion only, not for changes. If we focus on changes of presentation we might forget about main issues and challenges we need to solve.
The aim of the presentation is to inform us - the experts of Empleos (and only us) about the key features of the business model of Empleos and hence to help us to find extraodinary solutions of existing issues and challenges (mebtioned in questions 1-3). So the role of presentation is very technical.
However I completely agree with Tatiana the the philisophy is vital for succesful development of the project. And I hope that very soon we will start to discuss the philisophy as separate and very important issue.
Coming back to philisophy. I think that philisophy is vital but it should be not restrictive.

Does it mean that I can't be a user of Empleos
I think that we need to arrange very wide community of users (because we need to have at least 300K users shortly). Thus we need to make the platform attractive for people of different nationalities, different background and different ages.
Maybe one of the most attractive element of business model of Empleos is an opportunity to earn some money before the user starts to receive the regular salary. Just for posting his/her profile at Empleos.
So I think that it is very interesting principle: You are rewarded because you have relevant competences and because you are active on labour market. It is a good mottivation to improve you competences on an ongoing basis.
The only goal of the presentation is the explanation of business model. I think that the business model is very unique and quite complicated. So it is important to explain it to us before we start to discuss the ways of development of Empleos.
And it will be our challenge - to find these ways of development. And after that we will have to enforce Empleos to follow our recommendations and solutions
Making it is best avoided. Nobody likes being forced.
It is necessary to jointly develop and successfully formulate such attractive plans and plans that everyone who can read them will become voluntary followers and participants and will themselves involve everyone they know - on the principle of snowball. Then the number of participants will not grow linearly, but hyperbolically.
