Coteccons has a strategic goal to move to the B2B2C model (and, where appropriate, to the B2C model). In practical terms, this means the fulfillment of three conditions.
(A) Coteccons begins to interact directly with a mass audience, not just with a limited number of traditional clients;
(B) the mass audience receives information about what Coteccons is and this information arouses interest, sympathy and desire to use the objects built by Coteccons;
(C) The deals that Coteccons enters into have as their beneficiaries not only direct clients, but also a mass audience.
It is required to develop a program of measures, the implementation of which will ensure a consistent and effective transition to a business model in which the above three conditions will be fulfilled.
