I think smart grids will be a game-changer because they can adjust energy use automatically and even let neighborhoods share extra power. Renewable energy like solar panels, wind turbines on tall buildings, and geothermal systems will definitely play a big role, but I also think we’ll see some creative solutions, like sidewalks or roads that generate energy when people or cars move over them. Advanced batteries will help store energy for when the sun isn’t shining or the wind isn’t blowing, making the system more reliable. It’s also cool to think about electric cars not just as transportation but as part of the energy network, charging during the day and giving energy back to the grid at night. And maybe cities will turn food waste into energy, creating a loop where nothing is wasted.
