General provisions
  1. OmniGrade is a regularly held contest (hereinafter - the "Contest") for the best vision for the future of the company, project or organization.
    1. The Contest is organized by Universal Crowdsourcing Agency OmniGrade.
    2. The results of the Contest to be finalized every six months since the announcement of the start of the Contest by the Organizer.
    3. The participation in the Contest is open to companies, organizations, local authorities (acting on behalf of cities and regions) and projects.
    4. To participate in the Contest it is necessary and sufficient that the authorized representative of the Participant registers on the site omnigrade.com and publishes a vision of the future of the Participant.
    5. Visions of the Participants are placed in the section "Contest of visions" www.omnigrade.com. The order of the visions in the section is determined by the Category of participation and the date of publication of the vision.
    6. The winners in the nomination "the Best vision" are determined by open voting of the registered Users on the website omnigrade.com.
    7. The winners in the individual categories can be selected in ways different from that specified in p.1.6. In this case, the procedure for determining the winner within the nomination is published in the description of the nomination.
    8. In order to vote for a particular Participant, click "support" on the page of his vision. You can vote for any number of Participants, but not more than once for each during the contest period.
  2. Internet users using the website of the Contest "OmniGrade" (hereinafter - the "Contest") distributed to the following levels with different rights in relation to actions in the framework of the Contest.
    1. Users
      1. The category Users are registered visitors of the website of the Contest "OmniGrade". Possibilities of Users (individuals acting within the General legal capacity or representatives of companies, organizations or projects, interested in participating in the Contest) are limited to the right to view all the sections available on the website of the Contest in the public domain, and the right to comment on the visions, issues and requests of participants, posted on the website of the Contest in the public domain.
    2. Participants
      1. A person entitled by law or empowered to any such action, shall register the company, organization, or project as a Participant, on its behalf.
      2. A participant is any person registered in any jurisdiction without exception and fulfilled the following conditions:
        1. accepted the present Rules without exemptions and exceptions;
        2. properly compiled and posted on the website of the Contest his vision on one or more languages of the Contest;
        3. fulfilling financial obligations to the Organizer of the Contest under these Rules.
      3. The Participants, in addition to the rights assigned to the category Users, have a number of special rights, powers and responsibilities listed below.
    3. Rights and responsibilities of The Organizer of the Contest. The Management of the Contest.
      1. The Organizer of the Contest is entitled to carry out post-moderation of the wording of the visions, comments, any statements placed on the website of the Contest.
      2. The Organizer reserves the right not to publish the visions of Participants, opinions, comments and statements that are contrary to public morality, corporate ethics or humiliating honor and dignity of the Participants of the Contest, other participants in the discussion and debate, without comment and (or) the reasons given.
      3. Users and Participants have the right to make proposals for changing both the rules of the Contest as a whole and its individual elements.
      4. The amendments to the procedure of the Contest and its administration in any way is an essential prerogative of the Organizer of the Contest.
      5. The Organizer of the Contest reserves the right to change the amount of contributions specified in the section Order of participation in the Contest of these Rules at any time and to notify all Participants of their size not less than a calendar month before the decision of the Organizer of the Contest comes into force.
      6. The Organizer of the Contest will post on its website a notice about the change in the contributions and further circulate the notice to the email address specified at registration to all Participants of the Contest.
      7. The Organizer of the Contest is entitled to substantially limit the ability of the Participant to participate in the Contest and (or) to exclude from participation in the Contest any Participant for significant or repeated violation of the Rules. In this case, the Organizer of the Contest has no financial obligations to the Participant under any circumstances.
      8. If the Participant for any reason decides to cease its participation in the Contest, The Organizer of the Contest shall not be prior to the Participant for any financial obligations and is not obliged to return the unspent part of the payment, no matter how long before the end of the use of the contribution has left.
      9. The Organizer of the Contest is entitled to withdraw from the Contract at the end of every stage of the Contest the Participant paid by notifying the Participant by e-mail, specified at the registration.
      10. In the case of intention to terminate the Contest, The Organizer of the Contest is obliged to notify the intention to the registered visitors and participants of the Contest not later than one month prior to the date of termination. The notification is made by placing a notice on the website of the Contest and by sending messages by e-mail addresses of participants, used in the correspondence.
The order of participation in the Contest
  1. The actions of the Participant in the adoption of these Rules:
    1. The Participant formulates a vision of its future in a free form and places it on the website of the Contest on one or more Program languages. Recommended time horizon - 10 years.
    2. Simultaneously with the placement of the vision the Participant is entitled to choose one of three membership categories:
      1. “Standard". Provides rights stipulated by p. 3.1. section 1 of these Rules: comment visions, questions and requests of participants, as well as to participate in discussions in topics posted on the website of the Contest in the public domain.
      2. "Premium". In addition to the rights stipulated in p. 1.2.1. section 2 of these Rules, the members of this category also has the right to place additional information on the implementation of the milestones in the achievement of results identified in the vision. Visions of the members of this category have priority in the hierarchical placement of the visions on the website of the Contest to the members, referred to in p. 1.2.1. section 2 of these Rules.
      3. "Elite". In addition to the rights provided for in pp 1.2.1. and 1.2.2. section 2 of these Rules, the members of this category also have the right to place media content (audio and video files, graphic files, presentations in appropriate formats, etc.) in the appropriate section on the website of the Contest. Visions of the members of this category have priority in the hierarchical placement of visions on the website of the Contest to the members referred to in pp. 1.2.1. and 1.2.2. section 2 of these Rules and accompanied by a special, eye-catching sign.
        For the Participants concluded the contract for the provision of services in the framework of the project "OmniSourcing" this category of membership is assigned without making a corresponding contribution.
    3. When selecting the membership categories specified in pp. 1.2.2. or 1.2.3. section 2 of these Rules, the rights and priorities corresponding to the selected category of membership granted to the Participants after receipt by the Organizer of the contributions referred to in pp in .2.2. or 2.3. section 2 of these Rules, respectively.
    4. The Participant may at any time change its category of membership by sending the appropriate application to The Organizer of the Contest by email to omnivision@omnigrade.com. The rights and priorities corresponding to the selected category of membership granted to the Participant in the manner prescribed by p. 1.3. section 2 of these Rules.
    5. The contribution is paid by the Participant once during the entire Contest period specified in p. 1.3. section 1 of these Rules.
  2. The amount of contributions and the order of making.
    1. For Participants with the membership category "Standard" participation in the Contest is free.
    2. For Participants with the membership category “Premium” the amount of contribution is 39,000 (thirty nine thousand) rubles (member – resident of the Russian Federation) or 600 (six hundred) euros (member – non-resident of the Russian Federation).
    3. For Participants with the membership category "Elite" the amount of contribution is 117 000 (one hundred and seventeen thousand) rubles (member – resident of the Russian Federation) or 1 800 (one thousand eight hundred) euros (member – non-resident of the Russian Federation).
    4. After summing up the Contest in the manner prescribed by pp. 1.3. and 1.7. section 1 of these Rules, all Participants assigned to a category of membership under section 1.2.1. section 1 of these Rules.
      This paragraph does not apply to the Participants who have concluded the contract on the provision of services in the framework of the project "OmniSourcing".
    5. In case of receipt of a statement from the Participant, the Participant and the Organizer of the Contest may enter into a separate agreement regulating their relationship in the framework of the Contest.
  3. Termination of participation in the Contest.
    1. If the Participant for any reason decides to terminate its participation in the Contest, he sends an e-mail notification to the Organizer of the Contest, indicating the exact date of the termination of their participation in the Contest.
    2. In this case, the Rules do not provide the Participant with the right for any reimbursement of expenses for participation in the Contest.
    3. The Organizer of the Contest withdraws the vision of the Participant terminated his participation from the website of the Contest on the day specified in the notification according to p. 3.1 article "the Order of participation in the Contest" of these Rules.
